Return & Refund Policy

At HYGIA Nutrients, Inc., we put quality first. If a product is damaged or defective, we require notification within seven (7) business days of your receipt of the product. You will need to provide a written statement and photos of the damaged or defective product upon request by a HYGIA administrator.
After reviewing the claim and determining if the product was damaged or defective we will provide you with a return shipping label. You must return all damaged, defective, or substandard product within fourteen (14) business days to our administration center located at the address below, or as otherwise directed by a HYGIA administrator. Failure to do so may void HYGIA Nutrients’ customer refund obligations, and you will be charged for the replacement order and all appropriate shipping charges.
Once we receive the damaged or defective products, we will ship replacements or credit your account. Any damaged, defective, or substandard product returned to HYGIA Nutrients outside the terms of this policy, or without prior notification, will fail to qualify for a refund or replacement.
